The practice was founded in 1979.

Our clients include industrial and commercial companies from all business sectors, utilities, banks and other financial institutions, insurance companies, professional firms, public bodies and other organizations as well as individuals.

We aim to provide a professional service of the highest quality combining technical excellence with commercial understanding and a pragmatic, constructive approach adding value with our work. We attach great importance to friendliness and approachability both within the firm and in our relationship with the clients.

Our approach is designed to ensure a high level of personal service. For each client there is an identified partner who takes overall responsibility for the service we deliver and the relationship with the client. This partner provides a focal point for ensuring that we have fully understood and are meeting the client's expectations and also for coordinating all work being handled for the client within the firm.

Our team consists of four partners and several other lawyers totaling 41 fee earners.

To meet our clients needs, our team pushes boundaries and seeks innovative approaches. Our lawyers receive constant training and informational updates in order to remain at the leading edge. Many of our lawyers regularly publish on legal topics within their fields of specialization and lecture in Seminars and Conferences. Our team is also trained to possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the service and industries sectors in which our clients operate.

Through the Transatlantic Association of Lawyers ("ATTA") our firm is associated with the Brazilian law firm Stuber - Advogados Associados, one of the prime Brazilian Law firms. ATTA connects 65 lawyers.
