Frank A. Hess

Frank Hess is a senior litigation associate. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 1980 and his law degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1983. While in law school, Mr. Hess was the Articles Editor for the Southern Illinois University Law Journal. He is admitted to practice law before the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois and the District of New Jersey, as well as the courts for the State of Illinois, the State of New Jersey, and the State of New York. Mr. Hess is resident in the New Jersey office.
