Frank A. Marinelli

Frank A. Marinelli is Of Counsel to Cooley Manion Jones. Frank has provided business and individual representation on real estate projects. He has argued hundreds of land use cases in municipal or administrative forums and has litigated zoning or land-related cases in Massachusetts Land Court, Superior Court and District Court. Development representation has included: approval of 350,000 square foot retail shopping area; approval of 304-unit residential community; approval of 186-unit affordable housing community; approval of 200 units of elderly and assisted living; redevelopment projects for 113 acre former shipyard; and, approval of $80 million 338-unit residential community. Frank is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School, Boston College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1976) and Boston College Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1979). Frank is a native of Braintree, Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and the state courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Frank serves on the Board of Directors of a community bank, the Braintree Cooperative Bank.
