Frank Botta focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, labor and employment, transportation law, arbitrations and mediations. His practice also includes truck accident litigation, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair labor practice, union election campaigns, collective bargaining, grievances and commercial and corporate litigation in both federal and state courts. Frank is a certified arbitrator and mediator. A transportation industry veteran, Frank previously served as in-house counsel at Caliber Systems, Inc. (formerly known as Roadway Services, Inc. and RPS, Inc.). He also practices sports law and is certified with the Major League Baseball Players Association as an agent/advisor representing major league/minor league baseball players.
