| Biography | Frank is an associate in the commercial litigation section representing financial services clients in a variety of commercial lawsuits, including but not limited to cases involving mortgage servicing issues, wrongful foreclosure, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, title insurance litigation, the Texas Debt Collection Act, the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Frank also has a broad range of experience handling general civil defense litigation including products liability, premises liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation, municipal liability, transportation, real property issues and contract disputes. While a student, Frank was selected to serve as a member of Loyola Law Review, and was awarded the Best Casenote Award for 2006-2007 by judges at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Frank also participated as a student practitioner with the Loyola Law Clinic, where he worked alongside Assistant District Attorneys from the Jefferson Parish District Attorney's Office. Frank is admitted to practice before all Texas and Louisiana courts, all United States District Courts in Louisiana, United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
