Experience
Frank J. Kontely practices in the firm's General Liability and Construction Litigation areas. Frank's extensive litigation experience includes expertise in Insurance Law, including construction law, product liability, premises liability, toxic tort and related contractual and insurance coverage issues.
Frank has obtained several successful jury verdicts on behalf of his clients, and he counsels his clients on cost-effective and expedient methods to resolve disputes, including alternate dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation. Frank also serves as an arbitrator in cases involving uninsured/underinsured motorists issues. Frank was involved in the reported cases, Proske v. St. Barnabas Medical Center, et al., 313 N.J. Super. 311 (App. Div. 1998) (spoliation of evidence) and Zacharias v. Whatman, PLC, 345 N.J. Super. 218 (App. Div. 2001) (civil procedure).
