Frank Kirschbaum is a Member in the firm's Health Care Practice Group.
His law practice has been built upon comprehensive representation of medical practices, hospitals and other types of health care entities. Mr. Kirschbaum's background includes experience in a broad spectrum of regulatory and transactional matters, including certificate of need issues concerning medical devices, facilities and services.
He is well-versed with respect to state licensure processes and procedures and frequently provides counsel in drafting and/or analyzing compliance documents, Medicare and Stark regulations, and numerous other types of healthcare documents and agreements.
Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Mr. Kirschbaum was a Partner with Kirschbaum, Nanney, Keenan & Griffin.
