Education, Distinctions & Community Involvement
Frank L. Tobin graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1988. He graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1993 and was admitted to practice in California.
Mr. Tobin is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Professional Responsibility. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Tobin is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Inns of Court (William B. Enright Chapter), the San Diego County Bar Association, where he serves on the Judicial Evaluation Committee, and the State Bar of California. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and has also served on its annual seminar committee. Mr. Tobin served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Captain.
