Frank Stanton Peasley is a sole practitioner. His practice has been established since 1978. He has handled well over 2,500 criminal cases and has tried approximately 175 jury trials, including 50 murder trials. The firm is devoted exclusively to criminal defense. He handles all criminal matters from drunk driving to murder in the Superior and Juvenile Courts of California, as well as the Federal Courts, and takes cases throughout Southern and occasionally Northern California, or out of state.
He has tried many high profile case including serial murderer William Suff in 1975 and the GeBorde case in 2000 which was the first murder case involving the ingestion of the date rape drug GHB.
