| Biography | Frank DiCastri is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy& Business Reorganizations Practice. His practice is concentrated in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. He has represented debtors, financial institutions, creditors' committees, trustees, secured creditors and unsecured creditors in reorganization cases, liquidations, workouts, chapter 128 receiverships, and other insolvency proceedings. He has also focused on litigation and trial work in matters involving sophisticated commercial transactions. Mr. DiCastri received his law degree in 1997 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was senior editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner LLP, he served as law clerk to the Hon. Jon P. Wilcox of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. His undergraduate degree in behavioral science and law was awarded, with distinction, by the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1994. Mr. DiCastri is a regular presenter on bankruptcy and insolvency issues. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
