| Biography | Mr. Krogh joined Wilkinson Barker Knauer as Of Counsel in 2010. Prior to this, he was Of Counsel with an AmLaw 100 firm. Previously, Mr. Krogh served in senior regulatory positions at MCI WorldCom, Inc., and its predecessor companies. He was also instrumental in obtaining the first FCC order converting a wireline carrier to a more flexible type of regulation, creating a precedent that has been utilized by other carriers in similar circumstances.
