Mr. Sach's practice concentrates on complex litigation involving insurance coverage, subrogation, commercial disputes, estates, contract claims, civil fraud, malpractice, environmental, and white-collar criminal defense matters. He has litigated major cases in Arizona, California, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Nevada, Wisconsin, Canada, South America and Europe, in addition to New York and New Jersey.
