With experience in competition law/antitrust, European and community law, both on behalf of major French companies active in the aerospace, aviation, infrastructure, services (technology, finance), health, defence or construction sectors, and for foreign players (in particular in the gaming industry), Frédéric Manin has built a solid skills set in sensitive economic sectors.
His activity is divided between both litigation and counselling, on behalf of market leaders as well as new market entrants or competitors. Alongside anticompetitive matters, which are at the heart of the practice area (abuse of market dominance, horizontal/vertical cartels, treatment of R&D agreements, etc.), a significant part of his activity is devoted to restrictive trade practices and supplier/distributors relationships, within a legal framework that has been affected by a multitude of developments in a relatively short period.
Frédéric Manin is also a senior university lecturer in community competition law and competition procedures.
He regularly participates in academic and professional conferences on subjects of economic law.
