Mr. Dudderar represents both secured creditors and business debtors in matters pertaining to loan enforcement and restructuring, including workout arrangements, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy reorganizations. His practice also includes Chapter 7 consumer bankruptcies, debtor-creditor litigation and commercial law.
Mr. Dudderar received his B.A. degree from Indiana University, and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University, where he was Associate a of the Valparaiso Law Review. From 1979 to 1981, he served as Law Clerk to the Fourth District Indiana Court of Appeals, and from 1981 to 1982, as Law Clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1979, and the Minnesota State Bar in 1981. He is a member of the Minnesota State and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Dudderar is a member of the Board and past Chairman of the Board of Legal Aid of Northeastern Minnesota.
