Frederick B. Rosner

Frederick B. Rosner practices in the area of bankruptcy law with a focus on debtor's and creditor's rights as well as secured transactions, commercial litigation and general corporate law. Mr. Rosner represents chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, insurance companies, debtor-in-possession lenders, intellectual property licensors and investors in workouts and bankruptcy cases. He also represents purchasers of assets, including leasehold interests, from chapter 11 debtors and acquirers of distressed debt. He has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including retail, real estate, airline, healthcare, shipping, manufacturing and technology.

Admitted to practice in Delaware and New York, Mr. Rosner is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Delaware Inns of Court. He is a 1986 graduate of Brooklyn Law School and a graduate of Hamilton College. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Rosner served as law clerk to the late Honorable Conrad B. Duberstein, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
