| Biography | Professional Experience Frederick Millett practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Prior to law school, Mr. Millett worked as a research chemist at a small company in West Michigan where he assisted in developing thermochromic office glass technology. While in law school, Mr. Millett worked as an intern at the Southern Center for Human Rights (SCHR) in Atlanta, Georgia, where, among other things, he worked on the Supreme Court case, Snyder v. Louisiana, 552 U.S. 472 (2008). Mr. Millett also served as the Form & Accuracy Editor of the Pierce Law Review.
