Has also worked for nearly 9 years at Goldman Sachs and as general counsel for Deutsche Bank in Asia. Has represented financial institutions across the entire capital structure of financings, advised on regulatory issues, and served as Chairman of the ISDA legal committee and member of the ISDA steering committee for North Asia from 1995 to 1998. His work has spanned project and leveraged finance, structured finance, pre-IPO finance, and private equity finance.
