Frederick M. Lappin has wide-ranging experience in the areas of taxation, estate planning, business planning, and probate and trust law. His practice, which began in 1973, deals primarily with tax, estate and financial planning for high net worth professionals and executives and closely held businesses and their owners. He represents clients in matters involving choice of entities, business acquisitions and sales, shareholder, partnership, limited liability company agreements, negotiations of employment-related contracts and other types of business and contractual arrangements.
Fred's estate planning and probate practice includes financial and retirement planning, estate planning to coordinate client dispositive objectives with tax savings, drafting of wills and a wide variety of trusts and other related documents. He also advises clients on matters relating to pensions, tax elections the administration of estates and trusts.
