About this office:
Since March of 1975, Frederick S. "Rick" Spencer has maintained a solo practice starting his practice after his graduation from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in North Arkansas in Mountain Home, Arkansas which is in the Ozark mountains. Even though Mr. Spencer has practiced alone since his graduation, he represents a generation of a legal family going back to the late 1800's in Arkansas. His father, James V. Spencer, Jr., after coming home from WWII, practiced law until his death in 1980 with his father and Mr. Spencer's older brother, James V. Spencer, III. His grandfather, James V. Spencer, Sr. practiced law in South Arkansas until his death in the 1960's. Frederick S. "Rick" Spencer and his staff of paralegals and investigators have provided quality service in a variety of legal areas throughout Arkansas and Missouri for 32 years. We offer potential clients the same resources as many large firms without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with only one lawyer with his staff of seven paralegals not counting the secretaries in his firm. Mr. Spencer has been a featured speaker at the American Trial Lawyer's Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and Arkansas Bar Association annual seminars on the use of computers in the courtroom. Therefore, your case will have all of the benefits of the information age as the Spencer Law Firm strives to be on the cutting edge of the benefits of computers and other technological resources.
