Experience Fred's experience includes dealing with federal, state and local governments on behalf of private and government clients. He has a significant background in state and local government law matters including permitting and procurement. Fred served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Florida Water Services, at one time the state's largest private water and wastewater utility. Fred served on the Growth Management Study Commission appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush and now is a member of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Florida, the state's economic development organization. Fred is Past Chair of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Floridians for Better Transportation and the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission. Background A native Central Floridian, Fred attended the University of Florida and received degrees in psychology and law. After college he served as counsel to the Florida House of Representatives. He returned to Central Florida and has continuously been in private practice. He is Chairman of the firm's Policy Board of Directors and Chairman of the Client Development Committee.
