Fredrick concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, products liability and business litigation. His construction practice includes the representation of architects, engineers, business owners and contractors in various construction disputes, including claims for defective specifications and designs, cost overruns and property damage. Fredrick's products liability clients include food processing companies and chemical manufacturers.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Fredrick conducted scientific research. He has written extensively on construction issues and has co-authored several scientific research articles.

· Successfully represented a chemical manufacturer in a negligence action involving alleged toxic exposure that resulted in significant health issues involving past and future medical expenses estimated to be in excess of $2 million
· Successfully appealed Madison County, Illinois, judgment against land surveyor client in case involving allegations of professional negligence related to the design and construction of a residential subdivision
· Successfully represented flavoring manufacturer in "popcorn lung" cases in several states
· Defends companies accused of violating the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and similar state laws
