Fredrik Skribeland is a corporate associate resident in Fried Frank's London office. He joined the Firm in 2006. Mr. Skribeland has also been resident in the Firm's New York office.
Mr. Skribeland's practice focuses primarily on the representation of companies, financial institutions and investment funds in public and private debt and equity offerings and other capital markets, private equity and financing transactions. His experience includes high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings, initial public offerings, tender and exchange offers, private equity investments and acquisition financings. Mr. Skribeland also advises clients on a variety of corporate governance and securities regulation matters, including the reporting and disclosure obligations of domestic and foreign companies under the US securities laws.
