Members of our team have assisted Medtronic, Inc. - both internally and as outside counsel - in its growth from a pacing company to the largest medical technology company in the world.

A team of more than 40 lawyers represents medical technology clients ranging from individuals and small privately held businesses to Fortune 500 companies and investors. We have handled over $20 billion in transactions in the medical technology industry, including acquisitions, investment, securities, joint ventures, and licensing transactions.
