Fredrikson & Byron's Travel Group is comprised of attorneys who combine in-depth understanding of the industry with substantive legal experience. This unique blend of legal and industry knowledge makes our attorneys better able to appreciate the business aspects of a client's problem that are important to successful representation. In addition, the Group has access to the expertise of Fredrikson attorneys in a variety of other practice areas. Our Travel Group represents travel agents, tour operators, trade associations, hotels, airlines and corporations with a wide variety of legal problems. Todd Wind, the group's Chair, has served as Regional Counsel for the Upper Midwest Chapter of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and for the Minnesota Corporate Travel Association.
