Early on, founding partner, Marvin Eschen established a reputation as an aggressive litigator while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Since that time we have continued that tradition and have distinguished ourselves in various areas of the law.
Our firm's focus is directed toward the representation of financial institutions and insurance companies. On the insurance side, we defend all claims including motor vehicle, products liability, construction/labor law, homeowner and commercial premises liability. We also actively prosecute subrogation claims in an effective and timely manner.
Frenkel, Lambert, Weiss, Weisman & Gordon, LLP represents several major financial institutions in matters relating to bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure, evictions, real estate transactions and general litigation.
The firm consists of eleven attorneys with a full support staff. Our offices are fully computerized enabling each of our clients to receive timely reporting on their files. The form of each status report is designed to meet the clients' reporting requirements. Our internal system enables us to export and import information to and from our clients' systems. When a client requires additional information, beyond that contained in our regular reports, we respond immediately.
