The Frohwitter Firm offers a uniquely global approach. The firm was established in 1998 by Bernhard Frohwitter, previously a senior and founding partner of the firm Bardehle, Pagenberg, Dost, Altenburg, Frohwitter and Geissler. We serve the needs of global corporate clients. The practice covers all aspects of intellectual property, including prosecuting, enforcing and licensing of patents. The technical backgrounds of our patent attorneys, patent specialists and patent attorney candidates include electronics, telecommunications, electro-mechanical devices, medical devices as well as computer hardware and software.
