Fugar & Company, one of the largest law firms in Ghana, is essentially an international commercial law practice. Even though practice is quite broad, it is a well-equipped practice with all operational facilities and a well-stocked library. Averagely, the age of lawyers is under forty, ensuring a vibrant and progressive out-look in the work output. The Firm is rapidly expanding in both size and practice areas. It has two special projects - Production and Publication of reviews on Ghanaian Law; and organization of seminars on all topical aspects. The Firm's clientele covers individuals, estates, trusts, companies, local, international and multinational, families, banks and enterprises. It was instrumental in the divestiture implementation program within the country and has strong affiliations with reputable law firms in the United Kingdom and United States of America. It has connections with some of the largest law firms in the world and is the Ghanaian representative for the network of African Law Firms - Lex Africa, a member of Globalaw and World Services Group. The firm also acts as trademark and patent agents.

In recognition of the firm's legal excellence, both locally and internationally, it has recently been adjudged the prize winner of the prestigious Law Firm of the Year and Corporate Law Firm Award, by the Annual Awards Jury of the Ghana Law Times Journal.
