Practice/Industry Group Overview
The defense of medical malpractice and professional liability cases represents a significant part of Fulbright & Jaworski's litigation practice, and our health care practice has extensive experience in representing clients in every facet of these claims. Fulbright's clients include renowned cardiovascular surgeons, obstetricians, pediatrics, emergency department physicians and staff, and oncologists across the country. In addition, Fulbright represents some of the most respected public and private schools of medicine in the United States, as well as their faculty, residents and fellows.
The Health Care Practice Group is acclaimed for excellence in defending obstetrical and pediatric malpractice claims, which often encompass complex medical liability facts and causation issues and present substantial damage exposure. To provide the most thorough representation, our attorneys are supported by state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated team of support staff, including on-staff consulting medical physicians and research assistants.
