Attorney Art Fulmer's legal career began in 1972. Initially, Mr. Fulmer represented insurance companies with injury claims. Since 1984, he has used this experience to represent individuals and families in cases involving insurance companies.
He concentrates his practice on lawsuits involving injury or death to an individual or family member. Mr. Fulmer was formerly a C.P.A. with Price Waterhouse & Co. Applying his accounting and legal background, he also engages in commercial litigation. Additionally, a portion of his practice is devoted to family law matters such as divorce, child custody, amendment or modification of divorce decrees, and adoption or paternity matters.
Mr. Fulmer's son, Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr., joined the firm in 2007 and brought with him knowledge and experience in criminal law.
