Ed Arledge specializes in general business with emphasis on corporate formations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and startup business. Mr. Arledge deals in general corporate matters, including selection of business entity, establishment of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. He has extensive experience in reorganizations, dissolutions and governance issues. He is also experienced in general business matters, including the negotiation and preparation of sales representative distributorship, service representative, technology, product supply and manufacturing agreements. He also represents non-profit trade associations.
Mr. Arledge is the author of numerous articles regarding starting a business, and the purchase and sale of businesses. He has been a guest lecturer for the State Bar of California, Continuing Education of the Bar; the University of San Diego, School of Business Graduate Program; and the San Diego State University, School of Business.
