| Biography | Ms. Oktanyan was admitted to the California Bar in December 2002 after receiving her Juris Doctor in May 2002 from Southwestern University School of Law, with notable grades in Torts I and II, Products Liability, Intellectual Property, Legal Research and Writing, Children and the Law, and Comparative Law. Ms. Oktanyan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, graduating in June 1998.
