| Biography | Kim works with both private clients and political subdivisions in all types of transactions involving acquisition, development, leasing, sale, purchase and financing of real estate, specializing in transactions related to flood control issues. She has experience in the formation of levee and drainage districts, benefit assessments, construction of flood control improvements, tax-exempt bond financing, Tax Increment Financing and compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Kim represents other public entities, private clients and financial institutions in real estate, business and lending transactions.
