G. Martin Johnson

With over thirty-five years of estate planning, business counseling, bankruptcy, tax and related experience, Martin Johnson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in accounting in 1970 and the University of Minnesota Law School in 1973. After passing the Minnesota Bar, Martin became a Certified Public Accountant in 1975, and has since practiced law in Mankato, Minneapolis and Bloomington before settling into the Burnsville office of Johnson Brothers Law Group. In addition to his admission in all courts of the State of Minnesota and Federal District Court, Martin is a member of the Minnesota Bankruptcy Rules Committee, Bankruptcy Sub Section and Real Estate Sub Section of the Minnesota Bar Association.

Martin currently focuses his practice on bankruptcy; tax advice and return preparation; preparation of wills; and estate planning.
