Gabrielle Bernstein is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate formation, and general corporate governance.
While attending law school, Gabrielle participated in the Federal Criminal Justice Project's Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic, for which she represented indigent defendants charged with federal crimes and appeared in federal district court on behalf of criminal defendants.
