In order to provide the best possible service to its clients, the firm limits its practice to a select group of serious and substantial tort cases in the specialty areas of general negligence, professional and medical malpractice, labor law, construction law, premises liability, product liability and aviation law. Case intake is limited to approximately 100 cases a year so that extensive personal attention and full trial preparation are afforded on all matters. The vast majority of cases are referred by fellow members of the bar or former clients who are intimately familiar with the firm's respected reputation as trial and appellate specialists.
