García & Bodán was founded in the year 2000 with experienced Attorneys in the area of Corporate Law. The members of the Firm are Attorneys and Public Notaries specialized in Corporate Law, who have been rendering Legal Services to national and international clients. The members' experience is drawn from prestigious Law Firms and some of the members have attended Universities with international recognition such as Georgetown University Law Center, Loyola University School of Law, George Washington University Law School, University of Utrecht in Holland and University of Barcelona in Spain.
