Gardere's antitrust attorneys are experienced in antitrust litigation and counseling for clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Our attorneys represent firms of all sizes, both public and private, from Fortune 100 to smaller, family-owned enterprises. To better service our clients, we staff cases efficiently, combining seasoned attorneys with appropriate levels of expertise. Our team includes a former assistant U.S. attorney and a former member of the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Members of our team have served as president of both the Texas and Dallas Bar Association Antitrust Sections.
