Gardere knows class actions. Attorneys have represented clients in class actions filed in twenty-one states, from New York to California, and are experienced in the major areas of substantive law, including antitrust, environmental, intellectual property, RICO, ERISA and many others.
Our record speaks to the proactive approach we take on behalf of clients involved in class action litigation. In many cases Gardere has gained successful outcomes before trial through aggressive action such as defeating certification at hearings or outright dismissals through pre-trial motions.
