Litigation
Our attorneys try cases in state and federal courts nationwide, from conventional personal injury lawsuits to mass torts and class actions. We appear regularly in arbitration of domestic and international disputes.
Regulatory Advice
Attorneys advise and represent clients in matters involving state and federal regulatory agencies, such as environmental compliance, recalls and retrofits. Our attorneys are experienced in dealing with key federal organizations with jurisdiction over products and industries, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
Document and Litigation Management
