Gary has more than 30 years of experience representing entrepreneurs, business owners and high net worth individuals and families in estate planning, business planning and transactions such as acquisitions and sales of businesses and new business development, income tax planning and tax controversies. He works extensively with business succession planning for closely held and family businesses.
Gary has published numerous tax planning articles and is a frequent speaker on estate planning and tax topics. He is a Managing Partner for the Springfield, Mo. office of Husch Blackwell and a member of the firm's Partner Board.
