Biography

Gary is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. He focuses his practice on advising and representing employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state law, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and claims arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). He also has experience in defending employers concerning unemployment compensation hearings and claims involving restrictive covenants, including non-compete, non-solicit and non-disclosure agreements.
