Biography

As a member of the Corporate Commercial Practice Section, Gary practises in the area of taxation and mergers and acquisitions. Gary brings extensive experience in providing acquisition, divestiture and tax planning advice to corporations, trusts and individuals.

• All West Surveys Ltd. $53 million sale to Altus Group Income Fund

• $25 Million amalgamation of mBase Commerce Inc. with Gwelan Supply Ltd. to continue as Bri-Chem Corp., a TSXV listed corporation

• $21 Million sale of 725725 Alberta Ltd. (Bison Energy) to Pentastar Energy Services Ltd.

• Supreme Energy Inc. $20 million sale of oil and gas assets to Western Energy Corporation (now Fairwest Energy Corporation)

• R. Alta Enterprises Ltd. - $8.5 million sale of oilfield equipment rental business to Strad Energy Services Ltd.

• Ezra Consulting Ltd. - $7.5 million sale of environmental and forestry consulting business to Altus Group Income Fund
