Gary's litigation experience includes federal and state employment and labor laws, including discrimination, retaliation, discipline, wrongful discharge, contract disputes and collective bargaining matters. In addition, Gary is skilled at mediation of disputes and conflict resolution.
Notable Experience
· Successfully prosecuted over twenty-five cases alleging federal discrimination laws
· Argued and briefed summary judgment motions in federal court involving discrimination claims
· Advised large organizations on downsizing, reductions in force
· Led a team of attorneys and oversaw litigation
Before Edwards Wildman
After law school, Gary joined the General Counsel's Office of the Federal Labor Relations Authority, where he prosecuted labor and employment violations. After working in the San Francisco and Chicago Regional Offices, Gary was named the Regional Litigation Specialist for the Boston Regional Office.
Besides Edwards Wildman
Gary is an avid cyclist who, for the past six years, has raised money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute by riding in the Pan Mass Challenge, a 200-mile bike ride. Gary and his wife spend much of their leisure time coaching their two sons in basketball, soccer and life's lessons.
