My business law representation encompasses many legal aspects of owning and operating a business including the acquisition, organization and formation as well as litigation in varied matters such as contract issues and partnership agreements. I also deal with property and real estate law, including breach of contract, undisclosed defects, construction defects, boundary line disputes. I represent individual home and land owners, as well as contractors.
• Mediation Services
Mediation is a process where both parties engage in an examination of their interests and craft an agreement that satisfies the interests of both parties. The process is voluntary. Resolution is only possible when both parties agree. The process is much less costly and stressful than litigation. Many divorce cases can be resolved by mediation. However, since the process is voluntary, there is no guarantee of a resolution.
