George Krueger represents clients in commercial litigation matters. He has extensive experience in complex disputes in a variety of substantive areas, including healthcare, real estate, banking, insurance, and class actions. Mr. Krueger has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country and in various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings. As a member of Blank Rome's consumer financial services team, Mr. Krueger regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law CLRA and Unfair Competition claims, and a variety of common law claims. He is experienced with motions practice, oral argument, the discovery process, trial practice and post-trial work. Mr. Krueger has published articles on various legal issues in the Wall Street Journal, the Legal Times, the Legal Intelligencer and Andrews Class Action Reporter. He has been quoted for legal commentary and analysis in the National Law Journal and LawyersUSA and profiled in the Philadelphia Business Journal. George Krueger is co-author of the Trial Handbook for Pennsylvania Lawyers, 1984 and 1985 supplements. He served as a law clerk to Judge E.
