George M. Pond

Mr. Pond’s practice focuses on energy-related matters, including regulatory proceedings involving rates, regulatory approvals, restructuring and stranded cost recovery, contract development and enforcement before the New York Public Service Commission, the New York State Board on Generation Siting and the Environment, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state and federal courts, and participation in the governance process of the New York State Independent System Operator, Inc. In addition, Mr. Pond provides antitrust counseling and compliance services.
