George T. Papanier is an associate in the firm's Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group. George assists annuity companies and life insurers throughout the country on a broad range of issues relating to the transfer of structured settlement payment rights, viaticals, non-recourse premium financing and stranger-originated life insurance (STOLI) transactions.
In General. George earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 2011, where he served as president of the J.D./M.B.A. Association, as a member of the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic and as a member of the Hunter Moot Court. During law school, George served as a judicial intern for The Hon. Thomas Dempsey of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia and later as a law clerk at Drinker Biddle in the Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group. He earned his bachelor's degree from Monmouth University in 2007 and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business in 2011.
