Patent World November 1999, Doctrine of Equivalents Extending Market Exclusivity for Original Patented Brand Name Drugs Before Edwards Wildman After graduate school, George was a product and process development engineer at Eastman Kodak Company. He later joined the patent department at Kodak where he focused on electrophotography, blood chemistry analysis and other new technologies for the company. He was then a partner with Dike, Bronstein, Roberts & Cushman, LLP, a prominent intellectual property specialty firm, that was in existence for two decades, prior to the 2000 merger of that firm with Edwards & Angell. Besides Edwards Wildman George received a Proclamation on October 3, 2003, from Anthony M. Masiello, Mayor of Buffalo, NY in recognition for his commitment and support to local Catholic education, providing scholarships to less fortunate students who wish to attend local Catholic schools.
