| Biography | Gerald E. Benzinger is the Managing Partner of Dressman Benzinger LaVelle. He heads the firm's medical negligence defense section, representing multiple hospitals and physician groups. He has handled the defense of hundreds of medical negligence claims and advised health care providers on all aspects of their operations. In 1978 he became a Diplomat of the Court of Practice Institute. He has been listed for 10 consecutive years in Best Lawyers in America in the field of health care law. He was a founding member of the Northern Kentucky Estate Plan Council and has been engaged in the area of estate planning for 35 years.
