His in-depth knowledge and experience in real estate has also enabled him to serve as general counsel to New Jersey's largest housing cooperatives. In recent years, this same efficiency and expertise has afforded clients, such as Emigrant Savings Bank, Valley National Bank, GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp, Six Flags Theme Parks, Inc., and Park Place Entertainment, expeditious and cost conscious services in the acquisition, refinancing and conveyance of property. Mr. Span was recently reappointed to a full three-year term on the Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics.
